In 2020, Mike led the buy-out of Likezero from PwC, where he ran the Contract Solutions business providing technology enabled services to the firm’s non-audit clients. Prior to PwC Mike ran the Perceptiv business in Recommind Inc, which became the most widely used solution for contract analysis in the banking sector. Perceptiv leveraged ‘machine learning’ techniques and has been followed down this path by most technology companies hoping to operate in this space.

As Chief Product Officer, Ed is responsible for the development and execution of Likezero’s global product strategy.

Ed joined Likezero from Semantic Evolution, a leading data extraction software provider, where he served as CEO. Prior to Semantic, he worked at IHS Markit (now S&P Global), where he covered information services to develop Markit’s presence in Asia.

Ed is an accomplished leader with experience across business and product strategy, design, data and technology – and a proven track record of understanding market and user needs and building successful products.

As Product Director, Imogen sets the product’s direction and defines the go-to-market strategy of Likezero.

Prior to Likezero, Imogen was a Manager at PwC, where she was responsible for numerous software implementation projects relating to UMR, Brexit and LIBOR cessation. Imogen has spent her career building an in-depth knowledge of the processes and challenges surrounding contract analysis, in order to deliver innovative and reliable solutions to the market. Imogen holds a first-class honours degree in Economics with a European Language (Spanish), from Cardiff University.

As CRO, Khilan is responsible for the Sales, Marketing, and Account Management functions, leveraging his expertise in addressing global financial markets’ contractual data challenges.

Previously Khilan was a Senior Manager at PwC, where he most recently designed the firm’s LIBOR contracts solution that was sold and implemented across 3 continents. Khilan has spent his entire career analysing the challenges financial institutions have with their contracts and pioneering new solutions. Khilan graduated from the University of Warwick with a degree in MORSE.

As CIO, Paul is responsible for delivery of the overall IT and Cloud strategy in support of our product services with oversight of enterprise information security and IT risk management to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of all information held by Likezero.

With over 30 years’ technology experience, Paul has delivered large global business change initiatives in the financial services sector for leading institutions, including JP Morgan and PwC.

Paul comes from a software engineering background delivering market leading large scale distributed systems for investment banking. He has worked as a Software Architect for 15+ years which has included enterprise architecture at the business level. Subsequent years working as a management consultant were spent designing business transformation programs for investment banks, aligning processes, people and to technology solutions whilst delivering against the business goals.
